Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood on Dayton Mountain, the Loft at the Ledge is a private living space, situated above a detached garage, that offers a comfortable and stylish retreat for solo adventurers, couples, and business travelers alike. The Loft at the Ledge is located near the bluff of Dayton Mountain, steps away from the cliff’s edge, allowing for breathtaking views and magnificent sunsets. The space Tucked away from the main house and above a detached garage, you'll find a thoughtfully designed space that offers everything you need for a private and relaxing stay. The Loft at the Ledge features a plush queen bed adorned with premium linens and blackout window shades, promising a restful night's sleep. A modern bathroom with upscale amenities ensures your comfort. A custom kitchenette is furnished with a hot plate and pots and pans when you feel like whipping up something special, or a microwave and air fryer/toaster oven combo for when you don’t. Unwind by the electric fireplace that emits real heat while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea before heading out for a day of exploring. Take a relaxing walk through the rural neighborhood and in about 5 minutes you will be at the neighborhood lake, where you can picnic, fish, or kayak (with your own supplies to do so). Embark on a journey to nearby Fall Creek Falls, Laurel Snow Natural State Area, or simply kick back and bask in the tranquility of our quiet neighborhood surroundings. Guest access Private parking for up to two vehicles is available along the garage on a gravel driveway. Upon parking, a well-lit stone pathway will guide you to the staircase leading to the loft. The main house is a private residence and is located on the cliff's edge, whereas the loft is located approximately 30 yards from the cliff's edge. You will have views of Sequatchie Valley from the windows at the loft and closer, more stunning views, can be enjoyed while sitting at the adironack chairs near the cliff's edge.
