Beautiful cottage on our private beach surrounded on three sides by water. Chef's kitchen. Kayaking and swimming in front of the house. (We have two kayaks for your use, no need to rent.) Separate art studio and another separate building is a small office. Incredible views and sunsets. Deck with lounge sofa and dining. Unique location, Penobscot Bay at it's finest. We even have a private lighthouse next door! PLEASE NOTE: Profile photo and info about you and guests is required. The space Bedroom has a king size bed. Loft with pull down stairs has a very comfortable large single bed but it does require care in climbing the stairs. It is possible to put a bed or blow up mattress in art studio for children or 2 others but please contact about this so we can make that arrangement. (There is no bathroom in the studio and this would require using bathroom in house.) LISTING IS FOR 3 PEOPLE but 4 IS POSSIBLE IF SLEEPING IN STUDIO Other things to note No loud parties, excessive noise or smoking in house or studios. Thank you!
