Come visit our cozy, vintage-inspired townhome recently built in the heart of old Seminole Heights in Tampa. The 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay, while also being near some of the best restaurants, bars, and attractions in the Tampa Bay area. We are conveniently located (~ 10-minute drive) near Raymond James (Bucs home games!), Tampa International Airport, Busch Gardens, the University of Tampa, the University of South Florida, and so much more! The space The townhome is a new two-story development consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are located on the second floor, in addition to the two full baths. The half bath is located on the first floor in addition to the kitchen and living space. The home contains two queen-sized beds and a full-sized trundle bed complete with a twin-sized pullout. The home is equipped with 3 Smart TV's and a washer/dryer for your laundry needs. Guest access The guests will have access to all indoor spaces of the home in addition to the front porch and driveway, which can hold up to 3 parked vehicles. Other things to note Guests may only park in the driveway adjoining the townhome, and communal spaces are limited to residents only. The indoor spaces are strictly non-smoking. DISCLAIMER: The townhome's ease of highway access means some traffic noises can be heard coming from the rear of the building. However, the sounds are relatively subdued once inside the townhome.
