ROKU, DVD player, well-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Full bath has shower/tub unit and all linens. The space A comfortable efficiency camp comes with fully equipped kitchen, Lazyboy and loveseat. Electric firelogs add additional warmth to the Trane split ac/heat system. Keyless entry. Wifi. The outdoor porch is quite large with plenty of seating including a porch swing, glider, couch, picnic table and more. One dog only. Guest access The efficiency camphouse includes full bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, living space, and a large fenced yard. This property provides immediate access to the New River Trail. Other things to note I give my guests space but am available when needed. We live very nearby ensuring your safety and needs. We love our privacy and know you do as well. Cleaning rags for fishing gear, shoes, bikes, grilling utensils, etc…is provided. Using bath towels or kitchen towels for such purposes will result in a $50 fine. One well behaved pet allowed.
