Tip: Use the guest mode on the TV, it will automatically log you out of all of your personal accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.) when you check out. Outdoor Living: Your own private patio! If you're visiting in the summer please feel free to use the citronella torches for ambiance but make sure the flame is out before you go inside or leave. Guest access One parking space in the back (off street parking.) 15 minute walk to the University, 5 minute walk to the lake at LaBonte Park. 5 minute (or less!) drive to Safeway, Starbucks, Turtle Rock Coffee and Cafe, Daylight Donuts (breakfast burritos!), Qdoba's, Dairy Queen, unique downtown restaurants and shopping. Other things to note Laundry is shared with the adjoining cottage. Basement apartment as well as adjoining cottage also offered for rent. No campers or tents allowed. One dedicated parking space. This This unit allows only two specific guests on the property, and both must be listed on the reservation. Children: Children are the most precious thing in the world! Please note this room is not childproofed; canopy with hanging ropes, multiple glass items, tempting things to climb, other hanging items. Pets: Owner has debilitating allergies to dogs. Please do not ask to bring your pets. This unit does not have a kitchen; it does have a "kitchenette" which includes a toaster, microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. Occasionally, AirBnb AI may erroneously assign amenities to units based on photos, if it says there is a kitchen, this in incorrect. Guests often ask about early check in or late check out: We are very fortunate to have an excellent cleaning company who is willing to deal with the scheduling challenges of AirBnb's. Our contract with them guarantees that they will have a full window from 10:AM to 4:PM to clean and changeover. It is rare that we are able to accommodate early check in or late check out, and not possible in the summer.
