Private Guest Suite near Downtown

Enjoy a cozy and simple guest suite privately nestled on its very own level of the home. (No adjacent rooms or spaces). Guests have their own private side entrance to come and go as they please. 5 min to I-70 3 min to downtown 5 min to casino 1.7 mi to Katy Trailhead 12 min to WSR 25 min to Columbia Bedroom is complete with master en-suite, TV, Keurig, mini fridge, water filter carafe, and microwave. We live in the upper level of the home so you will likely hear sounds of life from above. The space This private guest space is located in the lowest level of a 1955 midcentury modern home located near downtown Boonville. The space is accessed from a private side entrance of the home that will only be used by the guest. You can come and go with nearly exclusive privacy. The space is uniquely and privately positioned in the home on its own level so there are no adjacent rooms. There are no shared spaces with the host, aside from the beautiful outdoor seating areas. This allows guests maximized privacy from the hosts, if they wish. The large picture bay window looks out to a 1.5 acre lot that you are welcome to enjoy. We live in the upper level so we are always available for any needs you may have. We do our best to keep the space as quiet as possible, but please know we have small children with happy laughs and quick feet. A sound machine is available and encouraged to use for late sleepers to mask sounds of life from above. The space includes a TV, mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee maker, and a water filter carafe. There is a bistro style table and chairs to enjoy a cup of coffee or a light meal. We encourage you to bring your favorite shower items and coffee creamer. We supply the basic amenities in order to provide a space at a great value. If you are traveling with child(ren) we have a pack and play, small child cot (75 lb max), and air mattress available as well as other travel basics (monitor, crib sheets, room darkening shade). Please let us know if you need any of these items and we can have them available during your stay. For the safety of all, we do have outdoor security cameras of both our personal front and back door. The guest door has a Ring doorbell camera. Guest access The entire guest suite, the backyard, outdoor seating. During your stay We will follow your lead. We respect your privacy and only interact if invited by the guest. If we are outside enjoying the patio, you are more than welcome to join us! We are always available for anything you may need. Please send a message if you’d like a fan, extra towels, or anything to make your stay more comfortable! We are happy to talk local recommendations as well.
