The space With its three bedrooms, Kids attic or grown up dorm bathroom and shower room outside laundry and toilet and with PlayStation 5 and bean bag chill out zone and games to entertain in case it rains,large screen TV with full Sky package in case you fancy watching some sport or a film, additional T.V in kitchen with usual apps and terrestrial channels and outside our epic Egg barbecue and dining terrace because the sun always shines at some point in beautiful Salcombe and use of our paddle boards for exploring and crabbing gear for crabbing at bottom of hill plus plenty of room for you to bring your own seaside kit perhaps wake boards, surf boards or bikes for sea side adventure and exploring The kids can safely walk to the world famous Cranchies sweet shop or Salcombe dairy for an ice cream or pop up the park and with an outdoor pool just up the hill and the beach just a ferry ride away within just a few minutes walk every thing is covered so you can leave the car in the car park and get out in the fresh air Aghhhhh now that’s better And our property is also dog friendly but sorry no cats or reptiles allowed ! Time to relax and make memories with the family that will stay with you forever long after you leave this special place you’ll be booking again for next year before you even get home And you’ll feast well around our huge dining table which will seat you all and our kitchen has a huge Rangemaster and culinary accessories including wine fridge for storing your best bottles and with fresh fish and lobsters and steaks and fresh bread and produce available at the local butcher and fishmonger and grocery store just a few minutes walk you’ll be cooking up a storm most nights with ease We also have option to hire a motor boat that can take 6 adults from us for your personal use to explore the estuary and beaches or we can take you on tours for a charge and we can also hire Silent Disco kit and karaoke machine for an additional charge :) Guest access Access to all areas :)
