The space 2BR Tiny Family Home @ Grampians Edge by Tiny Away is a pet-friendly and double-unit family accommodation, located in the Grampians National Park over 100,000 hectares large. A popular tourist destination known for its deep gorges, rock formations, and waterfalls. Planning to explore the park? Explore on foot instead of using your vehicle and be part of our commitment in reducing carbon footprint. Halls Gap is only 30 minutes away and close to exciting attractions such as Beehive Falls, Mackenzie Falls, Venus Baths, Halls Gap Zoo, and Pinnacle Lookout. This double-unit holiday home is ideal for families or small groups traveling together, offering exclusive access to two adjacent tiny houses featuring a cozy queen-size bed, while the other unit, located just steps away, offers two twin beds, perfect for children or additional guests. This unique setup provides added privacy and flexibility, while still keeping everyone close. Each unit is equipped with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette (including a fridge, microwave, and cooking equipment), and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom features a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower for hot water. As an added note, please advise that there are other tiny houses beside you that are rented out. Remember to respect the privacy of other guests on-site in order to maintain the park's peace and tranquility. Guest access Guests can access the communal facilities and 14-acre park, including the following amenities: - Laundry - Full indoor Kitchen - Swimming pool - Communal firepit - Recreation room - Communal gas BBQs - Local Tennis Courts Other things to note - Wifi is available - Filtered water system - Quiet hours 10 pm - 8 am - Pets are allowed by prior notice - No smoking indoors - Mobile reception is good for Telstra in some parts of the property - Don’t forget to lock doors when leaving the tiny house - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. Please register details at the office - Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property Pets Policy: - All pet-friendly tiny houses incur a $30 pet surcharge to the guest upon check-in. - All droppings are to be picked up immediately by the owner. - All owners must provide their own pets’ bedding, food, and water bowls. - Pets are NOT ALLOWED to be left alone inside the tiny house - Pets must remain on a leash and must be kept under control AT ALL TIMES. - All pets must NOT ENTER the common areas in the park. This includes the Recreational Room, the Indoor Camp Kitchen, the Office/Reception, the pool area, and the amenities block. - MORE IMPORTANTLY, please inform your host if you plan to bring your pets to our property at least 24 hours prior to arrival, and provide the necessary details about your pet (e.g., weight, breed, etc.) We would like to remind our guests of the following: - Staff reserves the right to remove you from the premises with any break of these rules. - Staff reserves the right to refuse entry to any pets entry without prior approval if the total number of pets in the park exceeds 7 (SEVEN). - Please note some areas are shared such as the laundry area - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during fire bans
