Escape to the Suffolk countryside in our spacious converted barn, sleeping up to 7, with an extra sofa bed if needed. Peaceful and rural, yet within easy reach of Eye, Framlingham and the Suffolk coast. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fast Wi-Fi, EV charger, smart TV and step-free accommodation make it perfect for families, friends and multi-generational stays. Dogs are very welcome too. The space A country escape that works whatever the weather. Sunny day? BBQ, very large enclosed garden and private 8-person hot tub. Rainy day? Table tennis, table football, pool, board games, smart TV and a shelf of books. The Barn has been renovated from a stable block and woodsheds into a modern and spacious living space. It's rural, single storey with accessible bathroom features and brilliant for groups, families, couples and business travellers. There's a very large, entirely enclosed garden, private outdoor hot tub, charcoal BBQ, living/dining space, games room, comfy beds, cooking space and lots to do locally and further afield. We sleep 7 in 'proper' beds and have a double sofa bed for an additional fee (8th + guest fee). When the weather's fine, you live outdoors, when it's not, we have what you need to hunker down indoors. EV charger available for a small cash fee. Guest access Guests can access all rooms in The Barn, plus the garden, summer house and hot tub. We supply towels for the barn, and the hot tub. Guests can park right in front of The Barn, on a private driveway. Other things to note *Please enquire for low season midweek discounts* We welcome guests with a dog. Eye is a rural area. This is real Suffolk countryside, not a manicured resort: we're surrounded by working farms and orchards, so from time to time you'll hear tractors and livestock and experience the sights and sounds of rural life. For us that's part of its charm. There are walks and runs starting from the front door. And we have welcomed birdwatchers who have created lists of wild birds seen in the garden for us.
