A comfortable, arty family home in a a great location overlooking Abington park. The house is a short walk to all the shops, restaurants and pubs on the nearby Wellingborough Road. Town centre 1.5 miles General Hospital 1.1 miles University Avenue Campus 1.5 miles Silverstone 17 miles Brackmills 2.5 miles The space A newly decorated room in a lovely family home close to lots of local amenities. The property is opposite Abington park with tennis courts, bandstand and cafe. Northampton town centre is a 15/20 minute walk and there are very regular buses into town from the end of the road. The University Avenue Campus and Hospital are a 10 minute walk away and the bus and train station are about a 20 minute walk. Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen, bathroom with good shower and lounge with TV and wifi. During your stay I am at work during the day but am here most evenings and look forward to meeting new people
