The apartment is at the ‘Gold Coast’ of Siófok at Glatz Henrik street, 1 minute from the ‘Petőfi Promenade’ and the beach, 7-8 minutes easy walk from the free beach. 50m2 apartment for max. 4adult+2child: with own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedroom which was designed as follows: there is a pull-out sofa in the living room, 2 separated bedrooms with queen beds and a sleeping room with a single bed (80x210) which is separated from the living room with a mirror-glassed wall which you can move. The space Please note that there are 2 family house in our garden with 5 different apartments, the outside amenities are shared with the other guests, but everyone has their own table with chairs. Please take note that the upstairs apartment is only accessible by stairs! Your apartment’s kitchen is fully equipped: fridge with freezer, microwave, ceramic hot plate, coffee maker, dishwasher, every basic kitchen supplies & spices. Every of our apartment is air conditioned, and waiting for you with a lot of TV channels & WIFI :) Other things to note You have to pay tax when you arrive in cash, which is NOT included in the price: 550HUF/night for every adult. Please let us inform you the important rules in connection with your stay: • Our neighborhood is quiet and since the neighbors wants it to stay that way, please do not make any noise between 8 pm – 8 am. This is meant for listening to music, loud conversation, shouting etc. You can find amazing parties at the promenade!  • Smoking is prohibited inside every of our apartments. You can smoke outside in the garden. • The amount of the deposit will be returned at check-out of course, if there is no damage or deficit. I would like to draw attention to towels and bedding, please DO NOT wipe your makeup and more in them! SWIMMING POOL & JACUZZI: • You can use the swimming pool for free every day between 9am-8pm, but the jacuzzi is a separately paid service, which you can reserve in advance for 2 hours private use. • We cannot take responsibility for possible accidents, please pay attention to your child & each other! • Before using both of the services it is REQUIRED to use the garden shower! • DO NOT: use sunscreen, deodorant, lotions before bathing; eat or drink, smoke; dont take foreign objects into the water; any obstruction of the flow of the blowers • POOL: Please do NOT jump in the water, do not disturb the other guests. It is forbidden to step on the manhole cover (at the end of the pool) • JACUZZI: Please do not change the temperature, only use the PUMP and LIGHT buttons.
