Only for Sabbath-observant. Located in a beautiful, warm and friendly mountain top community in the Lower Galilee, this new high tech home overlooks Mount Tavor and boasts beautiful green mountain views from most of the house. We welcome Up to 20 guests. The gated community is dati leumi/modern orthodox and shomer Shabbat. A 20 minute drive to Lake Kinneret and multiple waterfront activities. Playground across the street. Kosher kitchen for easy meal prep, requiring that all guests are Shomer Shabbat. The space Beautiful 9 bedrooms, 3 living rooms family home built to American standards with special touches like crown molding and granite countertops. A fully enclosed private swimming pool with a partial shade covering means you and your guests can enjoy a full day of fun in the sun without leaving the house. Night swimming is also something special. From the back patio and upper level of the home, enjoy a clear view of Mount Tavor and the surrounding greenery. Explore the wonderful nature trails that surround the community or go off and find local mountain springs and swimming holes to bask in after a long hike. There is also a winery within the community offering delightful tastings and explanations of their delicious products. A gentle breeze can be felt almost all the time in this mountain top community and it can even get fairly cool in the evenings - a significant temperature difference from the surrounding lower altitude areas. This is a large and spacious home with plenty of space to be together or allow you and your guests to have private time. The home is a Smart House with Shabbat programming for lighting, electric blinds, hot plate and more. Guest access Guests can use the entire house. Other things to note Community quiet hours begin at 10pm each night until 8am, this means no music or loud outdoor gathering during this time. It is important to note that is a residential community where neighbors are getting up early in the morning to go to work and guests should be considerate.
