In the summer, there is sun on the 45 square meter balcony from approx. at 9.00 until approx. at at 21.00, but cool inside. 200 meters to the nearest beach 200 meters to Amager community 50 meters to a large playground. 100 meters for groceries (Rema 1000) The apartment is the perfect base when exploring Copenhagen. 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 7 guests comfortably. The space The apartment contains a large living room with kitchen/diner, 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom with washer/dryer. Guest access As our guests, you have access to: - the entire apartment and the large balcony (but not closets and chests of drawers with clothes). If you book more than 5 days, however, we will make sure that there will be closets to hang clothes in. Other things to note Please note the house rules before you book: - parties are strictly prohibited, neither in the apartment nor on the roof terrace. - no use of shoes inside. - Smoking prohibited inside the apartment. - pets are not allowed.
