Zohar's Place

A residential studio in a unique residential community building in Tel Aviv. Located in south Tel Aviv-Jaffa, on the border of the cool and fun Florentine neighborhood. Distances: - 11 min walk from main bus station - 16 min walk to HaHagana train station - 14 min walk to Rothschild blvd - 25 min walk to the beach / 7 min by public transportation The room has a private toilet and shower and connected to a communal area with the living and work area, dining and kitchen and a wonderful rooftop The space A wonderful place to settle in, get to know the city and meet wonderful people. The building is a little old, the interior is newly renovated :-) The building was created to nature an urban community. You will be sating at my room while I'm away (but still available if you need me) it's wonderful, well lit and cozy. The neighbors are very friendly and always happy to meet new people and give you the "non tourist" experience of Tel-Aviv. You'll enjoy a sweet rooftop! Guest access You'll have a privet unite with it's own toilet and shower and working area. The living room, dining area and kitchen and the wonderful rooftop are communal areas you will share with my wonderful friendly flatmates. Other things to note The building is an old structure, the unit itself is renovated.
