Guest access One-story building with a separate entrance through the side gate of the property. Before the check-in date, our team will contact you to provide access instructions and request photos of all guests' identification documents. Check-in from 3 pm (early check-in from 8 am, with an additional fee). Check-out by 10 am (late check-out by 6 pm, with a fee, subject to availability). Other things to note Rooms: One bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and blackout curtains. In the living room, there is an additional single mattress available for a third person. The space has a TV, a fan, and a complete set of bed and bath linens for each occupant. The small building is independent, with its own entrance, on the same property as the owners' residence — which guarantees security and nearby support if needed. Kitchen and Meals: Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and various utensils — dishes, cutlery, glasses and pots. Prepared for full meals with complete autonomy. Grill and Outdoor Area: Backyard grill with its own utensils. Balcony, garden and outdoor area for relaxing. Clothesline available for drying clothes. Bathroom: Bathroom with hot water, hairdryer, bath set and shampoo. Basic toiletries provided upon arrival. Access and Parking: One-story building with ground-level access, no stairs. Free parking on the property. Location: Jardim Alice II is a quiet, family-friendly residential neighborhood. 5 minutes from the bus station, 10 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from Itaipu, 20 minutes from Paraguay, Argentina and the airport. Bus stop 2 minutes away on foot. Shops nearby — markets, pharmacies, gas station and mall. Services and Amenities: Upon arrival, you will find bed and bath linens, soap, toilet paper, and mineral water. Replacements and additional cleaning services can be requested by appointment and charged separately. Important Information: Check-in from 3 pm (early check-in available from 8 am for an additional fee). Check-out by 10 am (late check-out by 6 pm, with an additional fee, subject to availability). Maximum capacity of 3 persons. Children from 2 to 12 years old and babies are accepted; crib not available. No pets. We are not allowed to smoke in the property. Events are not allowed.
