GG's Landing | Off-the-grid Waterfront Cottage

Gorgeous all-season waterfront retreat, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts & those wanting to escape city life! Our solar powered 3-story cottage is located in Amherst, by the Outaouais / Laurentian border. Offering beautiful views, ample space and private access to pristine Lac De La Grange, you are only an hour and a half away from Ottawa, two hours away from Montreal and 45 minutes away from Mont-Tremblant. The space A charming but modern retreat with stunning views, our lakefront cottage is equipped with everything you'll need for a fun and relaxing holiday. Sleeping up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms, we have 2 king & 2 queen beds (plus a full crib for families with little ones), offering enough space for great getaways. Inside, we have two living rooms with gas fireplaces, TV’s, retro board games plus a foosball table for rainy days. Outside we have an upper-level deck with a BBQ (and ample propane) and a lower deck featuring a hammock, swing and plenty of seating for gazing at the lake. For those looking for both indoor/outdoor space, there’s a beautiful 3 season sunroom complete with cozy furniture for ultimate relaxation. Down by the water, enjoy the peace and quiet of a non-motorized lake. Lounge on the dock & sip on a cool beverage or get adventurous and try one of our kayaks, paddleboards, or head out on the canoe. Offering both deeper waters and a shallow spot for little ones, there’s something for everyone on the shores of GG’s Landing. Guest access Access to the chalet is made using an electronic lock. The code will be set up before your arrival and sent to you via Airbnb. Other things to note Full-size crib, highchair & playmat are available upon request. Children's plates & utensils available in the kitchen. This lake is non-motorized and power boats are not permitted. As the primary power source at our cottage is solar, small appliances like crock-pots, fondues, raclette's and coffee carafe's are not permitted.
