Every detail has been elevated, from the industrial-style Dekton benchtop to the sleek black kitchen with gunmetal grey tapware and induction cooktop & electronic oven. The open-plan living zone includes split-system heating/air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a cosy couch, a 55-inch smart TV and a dining bench for two which is the perfect spot to unwind after exploring Richmond. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, integrated fridge/freezer & dishwasher, built in microwave, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso machine. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, milk and hot chocolate are provided for your stay. The separate bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, ceiling fan, generous wardrobe space including luxurious bathrobes for use during your stay. The bathroom has been fully transformed into a luxe, hotel-style retreat with a dark, moody aesthetic that complements the apartment’s industrial character. Featuring floor-to-ceiling tiles, a custom black vanity with a gunmetal grey basin, and soft LED backlighting behind the mirror, the space feels both dramatic and calming. Gunmetal grey tapware and shower fittings add a sophisticated, architectural touch, while the walk-in glass shower features a rainfall head and hand shower for a spa like experience. Practicality hasn’t been forgotten, the bathroom also includes a heated ladder towel rail, combination washing machine and dryer, plus generous storage built into the vanity. Secure undercover parking for one car is included (carpark height 1.9 m). Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the whole apartment and undercover carpark for the duration of their stay. (Please note: Guests are required to collect & drop off the fob for access at a local Keynest located 1.2kms away. Opening hours are Monday to Saturday 7am to 10pm & Sunday 8am to 10pm. Access outside of these times are not allowed. Other things to note Our property is 100% smoke free zone. If you wish to smoke please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts correctly. Do not smoke near open doors or windows, to ensure the smoke doesn’t come into the property. If we need to deep clean the property due to a breach of these rules a $500 fee will be charged. We provide a starter pack of essentials such as toilet paper, milk & coffee to get you settled however if your stay is longer or you run out then it will not be replenished during your stay.
