The space Garden Retreat is a comfortable, clean island home without the pretense of fine finishes. The owner's father built the home decades ago and offers a simple, beautiful place for families to enjoy the island at a price far below that of most island homes. Guest Access: ▪️ Entire home is yours to enjoy — no shared spaces ▪️ Self check-in with a secure smart lock ▪️ Easy driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles ▪️ Access to the full house, deck, gardens, and outdoor areas ▪️ Check-in after 3:00 PM | Check-out before 11:00 AM ▪️Outbuildings and Garage are not included in the rental Other things to note 🔹Please close the gate at all times to keep the deer from entering the gardens and home 🔹Guests are welcome to pick berries in the covered berry patch when in season 🔹No Pets allowed 🔹Parking for two to three vehicles 🔹Fiber Optic WIFI for fast internet 🔹Wood-burning fireplace in Family Room. Enough wood for a few fires, and guests are welcome to purchase more small bundles locally. 🔹Garage and outbuildings are not included in rental 🔹Left Behind Personal Items Please make sure to check the home carefully before checkout. Any personal items left behind may be returned upon request; however, a minimum $25 handling fee, plus postage, will apply.
