Luxury appointed kitchen, fully contained with dishwasher, microwave, coffee expresso machine, full size fridge, separated undercover patio with BBQ with a further covered outdoor dining area with wood fired pizza oven, fire pit and BBQ. The private courtyard will be yours for the duration of your stay and really has to be seen and enjoyed, fantastic for enjoying a glass or two of the local vino. Walking distance to golf course and club house, less than a couple of minutes, same being for Coles, Liquorland, Fitness Center, close proximity to local beaches and yet only 5 min drive to Victor Harbor, very quiet and peaceful location ready for your breakaway and enjoyment. Urimbirra Wildlife Park and West Island Encounter Bay Aquatic Reserve are also worth visiting. We have also supplied coffee pods for expresso machine, water, juice, milk and cereal to get you started. Wood packs and kindling available for both pizza oven and fire pit can be purchased from Bunnings which is located next to Coles 15kg of wood for $15. Coles is a two-minute walk from property.
