Near Emma Willard School the private Garden room is in a gorgeous restored Victorian. This 1875 gem has been fully renovated to modern luxury and comfort. The house has a large Living room with a TV, a Parlor/Game Room with a TV and fireplace, and a Dining Room to use. The kitchen is available to use on a limited basis and will be shared with the host and other guests. Each room has a designated shelf in the refrigerator and pantry. Morning coffee, tea, and water are provided by the host. Quiet bedroom overlooking the garden. This beautiful and quiet bedroom has a queen size bed, desk, chairs, dresser, and closet. The bathroom with a tub/shower may be shared with one other room. Private Bedroom and bathroom. The shared common areas including the Living Room, Parlor, Dining Room and kitchen.
