Located 5 min walk to beach access and Salt Village you will be easy walking distance to cafes, bars / restaurants, markets. Haven House is close walking/ cycling distance along the beach path to Cudgen Creek for calm water swimming, hire of paddle boards etc or onto Kingscliff Village. 10mins drive to Kingscliff, Chinderah 15mins - Cabarita, Tweed Heads, Husk distillery, Murwillumbah 20mins -Pottsville, Coolangatta Airport, 30mins to Byron Bay, Burleigh Heads, Bangalow & Hinterland villages. The living room has a smart TV to ensure your viewing needs are met, boardgames & a range of adult & children fiction. Designer furniture & quality fabrics are used throughout. All rooms have screens, ceiling fans & air conditioning. Downstairs is a queen size bedroom with its own access, bathroom - perfect for guests who require space or no stairs. A fully equipped laundry & secure entry into the double garage where you will find two adult pushbikes. Upstairs are three spacious carpeted bedrooms & two bathrooms. The master retreat enjoys views of morning light across the sky, a super king bed, private sitting area with sofa bed & smart tv, a large spa ensuite & private balcony deck for relaxing or your yoga / fitness ritual. A cot can easily be accommodated in this bedroom on request. Phone charging lamps are also provided. A spacious oak queen bedroom & a twin bedroom with king single beds share a third bathroom on the upper level. The twin room is suitable for adults or younger guests & includes phone charging lamps with night lights. All bedrooms have screens, fans, air conditioning & built in wardrobes. Haven House is in a quiet residential area - no party policy. Maximum of 10 guests residing including children. This is a total of 8 adults and two children under the age of 12 on a sofa bed. A maximum of 4 Visitors of guests allowed. Visitors are the responsibility of the guests and must abide by House rules. Visitors must depart the property by 11pm. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and two car garage. Additional small car parking on drive. Garden areas are fully fenced and private.
