CampV Glamping Tent
CampV Glamping Tent
Description
CampV is more than just a place to stay, it’s a space to inspire. This former mining camp was built in the 1940's and recently transformed and remodeled to house travelers, nomads and dreamers. The property offers space to appreciate the immersive on-site art pieces and history. If you appreciate a comfortable spot off the beaten path, this is it! The space According to Urban Dictionary, glamping is like camping, but with nicer things than usual. We think this is an accurate description of our fully furnished canvas tents. Our tents are equipped with a cozy queen bed, linens, pillows, chairs, access to the bathhouse and electricity. A small heater will be provided for the cooler nights and additional blankets are available if needed. Camping can be as comfortable as you want. We’re bringing the indoors outdoors. If you are looking for a space that weaves Colorado history with a new era based in art and outdoor adventure, then you’ve found your home base. With our arts non-profit partner WE Arts, we believe every community deserves access to inspiring art and welcome spirited travelers to our unique canvas. Guest access Parking is on the back or side of your cabin plus we have plenty of space throughout the property. If you like bonfires, our shared fire pit is the perfect spot to have a fire and gaze at the dark sky. LowerV is the spot to take a swim, paddle in our pond or spot some wildlife. UpperV is a great place to venture for a walk and check out the view. The town of Naturita is located 1 mile east of CampV. Other things to note This historic town is located off a dirt road and has a Wild West feeling... please don't expect a manicured lawn. You will find new cabins with a lot of love and space to roam around and get your boots dusty. Dogs are welcome with a $25 per night per dog fee that must be paid in advance of arrival. We have partnered with Wild Gal's and Mesa Rose Farms to bring you a delicious food menu delivered straight to your room. Let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to place an order. We do have a liquor license and a curated drink menu. Please let the Guest Services Team know if you'd like to order a drink. As a reminder, we do not allow outside alcohol. Thank you.
