La Grange at Lemonie Gites

A spacious converted barn. The ground floor has a large living space with period fireplace, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. Downstairs has a double/twin bedroom, separate shower room with WC. Upstairs are two large double/twin bedrooms, each with en suite shower and WC. UK/FR TV channels and free wifi. An individual secure garden with clothes airer, barbecue and seating area. A shared 12 X 5 metre pool with our other 2 bedroom gite La ville Maison. Communal gardens and boules court. The space Bed linen, duvets, towels, pool towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toliet paper are all provided. Guest access Guests are free to walk around the gardens. Other things to note A welcome pack of bread, coffee etc is included. All bed linen, duvets and towels including pool towels are provided. Parking is availble in the gardens. We are 5 minutes drive from St Aulaye that has all the facilities that you may need and 10 minutes drive from Aubeterre village. We are 15 minutes walk down a country lane from the river.
