A stone building from 1694 in the shape of a fortified castle in Capmany, only 15 minutes from Figueres and 25 minutes from the Costa Brava. The fortified building has a large garden with a pool, a terrace over the bridge, and a covered outdoor space with a pergola. Capmany has more than ten wineries, and your host Yves can teach you about local cuisine through private dinners, hands-on cooking classes or local experiences visiting wineries and artisanal producers. The space The house offers a unique sense of the history that has taken place both inside and outside its walls. It has been renovated in a very respectful manner and decorated to make you feel at home during your stay. The main house has 6 bedrooms (2 triple bedrooms and 4 double bedrooms) and can accommodate up to 14 people. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom, except for one. For large family gatherings, business meetings or retreats, there is the option of opening up and connecting with two adjacent spaces, with 4 additional rooms to accommodate up to 10 more people. This setup can accommodate up to 24 people, sharing the romantic garden and a natural stone pool. There is also a huge open space that is very suitable for various activities such as retreats, family gatherings, small weddings, or even musical events. And a newly renovated dining room and kitchen for celebrating great gatherings. Guest access Guests can arrive by car and park in the free public spaces in the town. For check-in or to drop off luggage/purchases, the car can enter the garden.
