Welcome to Our Cozy 3-Bedroom Home by the Golf Course! Come relax in our beautiful home right next to the 4th hole of Toana Vista Golf Course in West Wendover. Just on the edge of town, it’s a peaceful spot with mountain views, fresh air, and plenty of room to unwind. The space Make yourself at home in this charming rambler. Enjoy evenings on the patio with a BBQ, surrounded by mountain and golf course views. There’s lots of parking—garage, driveway, or along the sidewalk—perfect for vehicles and trailers. Inside, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, including kid-friendly dishes. For families, we’ve got toys, puzzles, games, a fully fenced backyard, a high chair, and a port-a-crib. In an effort to keep our prices lower, we have an extra guest fee, $25 per adult over the 6 adult limit. Please make arrangements ahead of time so there are no surprises. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house, fully fenced backyard and garage. Other things to note No smoking inside No vaping inside No pets Events upon pre approval from host. Quiet time 10pm-7am. $25 for each additional guest per night over the 6 guest limit.
