Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Guests will have their own private bedroom with a secure, smart lock. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, this shared house (as in, kitchen, living room and bathroom shared with other guests) is located in Bennett Springs. A location close to a small park and the Springs Shopping Centre, with Swan Valley is just an drive away, and Whiteman Park is a few minutes from that. The space With a spacious bedroom to relax in, that comes with a King bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a desk and chair, a mini refrigerator, this open plan house has a clean kitchen to cook in, a nice bathroom (with a bidet!) to use, and a comfy living room to watch TV and spend time in. In the garden, there is a luscious garden abundant with fruit trees (avocados, mangoes, apples, pomegranates, guavas, oranges, dragonfruits) that guests can enjoy, and a small sitting area outside that guests can share. Guest access Guests can use the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and garden space. They are NOT to access other guests bedrooms or the rooms towards the front of the house (behind the living room TV/by the front entrance door). During your stay Privacy and the guest experience is valued here, so if any problems arise do not hesitate to contact me via through the AirBNB app. Other things to note Rules: No smoking inside the house (smoke outside please!) No pets. No events or parties. It’s quiet time from 9pm to 7am as other guests staying may be trying to sleep. Please try to be courteous.
