The owner's boat will be on the lift during your stay, leaving you about 23 feet of dockage open next to the lift and another 19 feet on the end of the canal. Situated at the end of a boating canal, it's a short run to open water. Very low-clearance bridge out of neighborhood, so no towers or fixed tops. The well-stocked kitchen includes seating for 4 at the island. The dining area has a table for 6. The family room features views of the canal or the flat-screened TV from an ultra-comfy sectional. Relax on the front room couch with a book. The 3 bedrooms feature 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. Separate laundry room with chest freezer. Covered patio with seating and dining. Gas grill and flattop cooker. Outdoor shower. Fish cleaning station. Tiki hut with seating at the end of the canal.  High-speed Internet and basic cable with smart TVs in living room and king bedroom.  This is a 28-day minimum rental per county ordinance. There's a cap on electric ($250) and water/sewer ($150).
