A personal key handover after 11 pm can be arranged for an additional $50. 3. Late Check-out: Late check-outs are not permitted. The latest check-out time is 10 am. If you need a later departure, please book an additional night. 4. Baggage Storage: We cannot store unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out for security reasons. 5. Key Collection: Key collection is off-site, a 5-minute walk from the property. 6. Key Policy: We provide two sets of keys for the property. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $250. 7.
