La Casita (Villa near Peñíscola and Morella)

Amazing villa with swimming pool and tennis court just outside Sant Mateu overlooking the Chapel of Our Lady of the Angels, located 40 minutes from Peñíscola and Morella. The space The house has two floors. Downstairs is the kitchen-dining room, the living room with the home and 1 bathroom. Upstairs we have the 3 bedrooms with their respective spacious balconies and 1 bathroom. Outside the house we find 2 dining rooms (1 with barbecue), the house's gardens, the pool and the tennis court. Guest access The villa has free parking for 4 cars located 1 minute by car from the village and 5 minutes by car from the Chapel of Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles where we will find the best views of the town. Other things to note For stays longer than 2 days, the house maintenance manager has to come to monitor the proper functioning of the pool, garden sprinklers and plant care. The appropriate time for the manager to come to perform the tasks will be agreed upon with the guest.
