Guest access Guests at Casa Lapas have exclusive access to the entire property, including the newly remodeled pool, fully equipped kitchen, spacious poolhouse, and all common areas. The bedrooms are in a private wing, providing added seclusion. Guests are also welcome to explore the lush 1.5-acre gardens, enjoy wildlife sightings, and use the dock on the mangrove for fishing. With parking on-site and the beach just a short walk away, Casa Lapas offers complete privacy and convenience. Explore the lush gardens of Casa Lapas, filled with a variety of tropical trees like mango, cacao, lime, avocado, banana, and coconut palms. Other things to note Please note that Casa Lapas is located in a remote area with no cellphone reception. However, there is reliable WIFI via Starlink satellite, and we provide a landline for emergencies. You may encounter wildlife such as monkeys, iguanas, and birds throughout the property. While the mangrove is accessible during the day with the caretaker’s help, it should be avoided at night due to possibility of crocodiles. The Rancho is under construction but will not impact your stay.
