A cozy modern cottage in a beautiful and quiet place on the shores of Lake Ladoga. Beautiful view of Ladoga, clean air. The house is designed for 6 adults and 3 children for a family vacation, the minimum stay is 1 night. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay: two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with the necessary appliances and utensils, a living room, a toilet, a shower, a TV, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a washing machine, a cooler, a safe, an iron, an ironing board, a barbecue outside (skewers and a grill). The space The house has 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom. All beds are 160x200 cm. Guest access The Chaechka guest house is located in the Yuzhny garden village, 1.5 km from the A-121 highway halfway to the Dacha Winter Park Hotel. The city center of Sortavala is 4 km away. There is a spacious parking lot for guests' cars in front of the house. Other things to note The surroundings are perfect for hiking, swimming, fishing and skiing, and there is also the possibility to arrange a boat trip with a view of the rocky islands on Ladoga, fishing.
