Elegant fully restored 25ft 1950's Vintage Caravan

Beautiful, 1959 redesigned, vintage caravan. Completely gutted and rebuilt by a boat builder with a 100% wood interior and very high ceilings. It feels a lot like a familiar old boat cabin. The Pilot is its own little private retreat, on a tiny block next to the owner's house, private street entrance, so it's totally independent of the house. Espresso coffee and toast available in the morning on request. 2 night minimum stay. The space There really isn't anything to compare to the Pilot. It's very cosy, very retro, warm and extremely spacious. The bed can be collapsed to form 2 very functioning desks. It has beautiful warm edison lighting inside and literally everyone who walks inside is taken aback. My film company, browndog productions, uses it as a base for when we film Byron Bay Bluesfest and the Woodford Folk Festival each year, interviewing a lot of the world's biggest musical acts there. Actually, the late great Bob Hawke, requested to have it as his private accom at the Woodford Folk Festival but so did I unfortunatley. Sorry Bob. RIP. x 2 night minimum. Guest access The caravan has 100% redesigned wooden interior, full power, running water, a gas cooker, warm Edison Lighting, brand new aircon in the ceiling, a large, new mini fridge, luxurious decor and furnishings. Its a very adaptable space in a central location to Brisbane City and 5 mins walk to Paddington's cafe and shopping strip. You have access to the caravan of course and a nice little garden out the front of it and a beautiful private, all wooden bathroom. Other things to note While there is no toilet and shower actually inside the caravan, you will have your own luxurious new wooden bathroom, just 10 meters from the pilot. And i have just installed a portaloo just meters away for your convenience, when the walk is too much of a hassle. So it now has 2 toilets!!
