Stylish hideaway on High Street - Carterton

This stylish studio, located right on the main road in Carterton, renovated with up market furnishings. Only a 15 minute walk to fab cafes and restaurants awaits you with gorgeous linen on your king bed, and two king single bunks if you want to bring the children or a w.e away with girlfriends or the boys. Wifi, chrome cast TV, and a kitchenette are all a bonus. *Please note couples and singles that use extra bedding will be charged a 30 dollars cleaning fee.* The space Stylish 1 room studio newly renovated with ensuite. Open plan with an industrial kitchenette. Please note its a kitchenette with the basic toaster, jug, microwave and oven in one also a mini fridge no freezer. Polished concrete floors, so in winter the floors are colder than normal we recommend bringing slippers ! Summer time in the Wairarapa we do have issues with ants we have our studio regually fumigatied for this but sometimes this is out of our control so you may see some around they are not "harmful or dirty". if you are not used to seeing these insects NO PETS!!! i have my own pets and so I can not have extra dogs sorry Guest access Private guest access with a lockbox attached to the sleepout. Please park on the main road and use the gate upon entry where the guest entrance sign is i will send check in detials closer to the time of check in. Other things to note As i mentioned earlier you are close to our main house while you stay and we give you the privacy you need. The outdoor area is yours to use we do not share that space. A 15 min walk to the local cafe and restaurants including the fabulous Balter Bar and Aunt Gingers Cafe also our amazing Carterton events center. 20 min drive to the wineries in Martinborough. 50 min drive to the local beachs and surf breaks, including Ngawi Riversdale Tora and Castlepoint. A 5 min drive to our beautiful carterton 18-hole golf course and 10 min drive to the newly refurbished skate park in Masterton for all to enjoy. We have free outdoor pools in the summer and only a drive away to beautiful fresh water rivers and bush walks.
