All renters must be 25+ (except for minors that must be accompanied by a legal guardian). ID's may be requested. We have a Ring doorbell. DE license#2024713236. The space Basic cleaning products such as soap, toilet paper, and dishwashing liquid are available to our guests. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS OR BEDDING, so we ask our guests to bring their own. IDs may be requested. Check-in time is 4 pm or later and check-out is at 11 am. Prompt check-out is required due to turn-over time for the next rental. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo unit as well as the condominium common areas and pool. They will also have access to a free Rehoboth Beach parking pass. Other things to note Please note that we do not provide towels or bedding. Please make sure to bring your own OR if you borrow ours, please make sure to launder them and place them back into the appropriate closet. There is an additional $40 additional laundry fee to be charged to our guests if they borrow our linens and not launder them themselves.
