You are close to the city center (10 minutes by bike) and there is a bus every 5 minutes to the city that leaves in front of the door. Within 5 minutes walking distance, you will find a small shopping center with an Albert Heijn, greengrocer, bakery, drugstore, etc. There is a lot of greenery nearby. Do you like to take a walk? Then walk to Slot Zuylen. Feel like swimming? Cycle to the Maarseveense lakes in 15 minutes. About the space Downstairs Cozy living room with nice sofa, table with 4 chairs and kitchenette with door to the garden. Bathroom with toilet and bathtub and washer/dryer combination. The garden has sun most of the day and has a large table with chairs and a BBQ. There is also a relaxing sofa in the garden to chill. 1st floor The first bedroom has a double box spring. The other room is now used as an office but could serve as a children's room with a camping bed. Downstairs we have an open living room and kitchen, and our bathroom has a bathtub, washer and dryer combination. The attic/loft is not allowed for guests.
