The cozy apartment was newly built in 2022 and is located in the beautiful wine village of Girlan (Cornaiano). After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions. The space The 67 sqm² accommodation is located on the ground floor and consists of a fully equipped kitchen incl. a dishwasher, two living rooms, a sofa bed, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment can accommodate 4 - 5 people. We are happy to provide a baby cot for a small extra charge. Bed linen, towels, dish towels and a hairdryer are provided in the accommodation.
