Silver Linings Tiny House with Mountain View

Located 20 minutes south of Golden, British Columbia, this private and quiet, well appointed, modern lofted tiny house is situated away from the hustle but close enough to enjoy all the benefits of restaurants, shopping, skiing and all the excursions of a great small mountain town. This escape is perfect for solo travelers or couples looking to enjoy peaceful views of the mountains. The space You will stay in your own private cabin that comfortably sleeps 2-4 people including a loft-style queen Casper bed upstairs with a pullout couch downstairs in a living room with heated concrete floors. It also includes a full kitchen with a gas range oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, along with a stand-up shower in the bathroom. Lounge in the living room looking through the windows at a picturesque mountain view or enjoy Netflix on a large screen TV via high-speed Starlink Internet. The outside space has a full sized picnic table and barbecue for all your Summer grilling needs. Free parking is available onsite. *Please let us know if your reservation includes more than two people and we will provide a memory foam mattress for the pullout couch. Guest access Electronic keypad entry. Other things to note At this time, we are not allowing children under the age of 12. The stairs to the loft are steep to accommodate for tiny living. We recommend always holding on to the handrails, especially when going down. We have a light right above the stairs that can be turned on from the loft and down on the first floor, so you can see where you are stepping. Fire pit and BBQ are only available seasonally (May-Oct). Fires must be done in the fire pit and fully extinguished before retiring to the cabin. We require you to abide by all British Columbia fire bans and restrictions, which can be found on BC government website under the "Southeast Fire Center" option.
