Lovely townhouse in downtown vibrant Madrid

Our house is ideal to visit vibrant Madrid, it’s very well located in the prestigious Salamanca neighborhood. House with excellent location with all modern comforts, such as air conditioning & heating, fireplace with a wood-burning cassette, high-speed Wi-Fi, super-equipped kitchen, high-quality household linen & super comfortable beds, access to several streaming platforms, books in several languages, a small patio with a small pool to cool off, 80 cm deep and 4m by 2m. Public parking close by The space The ground floor: It is distributed in hall, courtesy toilet, kitchen, and living room with direct access to the small cozy backyard. Our small backyard is very comfortable to enjoy meals or just relaxing on the outside chill out area after visiting. We have added a mini pool, just enough for soaking and floating (4x2m & 80cm deep) In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook and a confortable area to sit in case you are having a fast meal The living room has a large comfy sofa and several armchairs to rest. The second floor: It has a comfortable distributor, and bedrooms have windows to the main facade and the garden. - Bedroom 1: Queen bed 160x200cm. - Bedroom 2: Two single beds that can be put together, to make a king bed, or leave them separate so they are two comfortable 90cm beds. - Bedroom 3: a 90 cm single bed - Bathroom 1: Ensuite in Bedroom 1. - Bathroom 2: Shared by Bedrooms 2 & 3. - The small basement is the coolest room, we have made it a small entertaining room with a sofa bed, a work table, very useful for a WFH situation, and some exercise equipment such as a stationary bike, yoga mat, weights, etc. There is also a projector on the basement to connect with your computer and enjoy a great movie from the sofa. Please note the basement stairs are very steep - Our office is in the attic. It will be the only part of the house that will not be accessible - There is high speed wifi, heating, A/C units in all bedrooms and living room & big awning in the garden. - From the house you can walk everywhere or use the multiple options of public transportation. If you come by car, there is public parking very close to the house that offer great rates. - Location: Our house is located between the Eva Perón Park and the bullring, in a neighbourhood of small houses, with incredible tranquility for being so central, but at the same time in a family neighborhood with all kinds of shops, restaurants and great public transport facilities with several metro entrances very close : 400m from Metro Manuel Becerra and Metro Ventas and 600m from Metro Diego de Leon and Metro Lista, as well as several bus lines
