Please contact us with an additional rate if you need any flexibility. We won't be able to include additional guests after checking in. Visitors are not allowed. We do not host pets. For authorization of entry to the building, it is mandatory to send in advance the photo of the front and back of the valid ID, updated and with a photo of all guests, including children. If the child does not have a RG, the updated original birth certificate or certified copy must be presented. IMPORTANT: Minor guest only if accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. If you are with only one of the parents and custody is shared, a clear and accurate written authorization is required, from the other absent parent containing information such as destination, period of travel and express agreement so that the minor can travel under the responsibility of the parent who will accompany him or her. A password will be provided for access to the property. Other things to note GARAGEM: We do not provide a parking space, however there are free spaces in the streets around the building; RESERVATIONS FOR THIRD PARTIES: We do not accept bookings for third parties. The reservation holder has to be one of the guests; VISITORS: VISITORS are not allowed; CHANGE OR INCLUSION OF GUESTS: It will not be possible to change or include guests after check-in PETs: Pets are not allowed; PHOTOGRAPHY and FILMING: No commercial photography and commercial filming of the property COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY: No commercial activity is allowed in the property FESTIVALS and EVENTS: No parties and events allowed; FUMO: The use of cigarettes, cigarillos, cigars, pipes or any other product, derived or not from tobacco in the apartment and in the common areas of the building is prohibited; SHARED LAUNDRY: TANKS: Use released. Washing and DRYING machines: R$35.00 for 8 hours of 1 washer and 1 dryer. Upon reservation by the host, check the availability of the equipment. BED LINEN and BATH TOWELS: We have a bath and face towel per guest, a floor towel, a set of sheets and a blanket, regardless of the length of the stay. We can provide extra parts, please refer to additional fee. If you are accompanied by infants (under 2 years old), we can provide a portable crib (see availability) but we kindly ask you to bring baby towels and bed linen for the crib. APARTMENT CLEANING: We comply with all hygiene and cleaning protocols with each guest exchange so that your stay is as safe as possible. In the cabinet located in the kitchen you will find all the materials necessary to maintain the initial cleaning as cleaning is not planned during the stay. We value keeping our apartments always clean and well cared for the comfort of all guests. Therefore, we ask that, at the end of your stay, the apartment be left in reasonable conditions of cleaning. Any situation that requires a deep cleaning or requiring more cleaning hours beyond the standard, an extra cleaning fee will be charged at the same value as the cleaning fee in the reservation.
