Nothing completes a trip without our furbabies; well-behaved dogs are welcome :) 30 AMP hookup available for folks traveling with an RV! Max of 3 dogs allowed, weight not to exceed 35lbs per dog. Accidents happen! If an excessive amount of accidents happen, and you or your guests dog(s) were not as well behaved as we hoped, an additional charge(s) may be incurred to cover the cost of replacing/cleaning items. I'm a dog owner myself (2 weenies, and the coolest mut around), and they're not perfect, but we try and be respectful of every place we stay in! That's all I ask for of my home :) Please keep dogs off furniture (especially back couch cushions!), but if they are lap pups like mine, please put some blankets or sheets over couch/other furniture. There should be extra linens in the cabinet of living room. POOP must be bagged and discarded in one of the (2) Large exterior trash cans. $75 Charge Incurred if Cleaning Team has to bag and discard of your pets waste. ***GOLF CART AVAILABLE FOR RENT*** $50/Day 2022 EZGO TXT EX1 GAS GOLF CART | 4 Seater Must provide copy of License, Proof of Insurance, and Signed Waiver & Release of Liability Form (provided by me/host) prior to your arrival. Golf Cart must stay within Lower Grand Lagoon Area on Thomas Drive. Not allowed or permitted on roads with a posted speed limit higher than 35mph. Driver Responsible for cost to repair/replace if damaged. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS AND USE HEADLIGHTS AT ALL TIMES! Keep key with you at all times (do not leave in cart if you go to beach, restaurant, etc). Guest access You will have access to: the entire home, front yard, back yard, and patio.
