Quiet three bedroom apartment with new kitchen and all appliances. Off the main roads but still close to Bills Stadium and Downtown Buffalo/Canalside. 30 minutes from Niagara Falls. Lots of parks and nature trails nearby. Large backyard. We have included photos of Bear our Akita, so you will know to expect a large dog on site/in the backyard etc. He loves people and children and loves to say hello. We cannot allow other pets on site because of Bear. The space You will have access to the whole apartment: kitchen, living room, bathrooms and three bedrooms. You’ll also be able to use the back porch and enjoy the large backyard Guest access Please enjoy our backyard. We do have a large (friendly) dog. Please message us if you do not want him to be outside during your arrival/departure or using the backyard because he will want you to play with him. Other things to note When arriving, please try to park on the left side (facing the house) of the driveway without completely blocking the garage doors. Thank you.
