If you are looking for a mountain apartment in a quiet residential development with a pool and beautiful views of the valley, welcome! Its location, moreover, could not be better: in 3 minutes walk you are at the cable car, in the center of Panticosa or at the start of one of the routes nearby. The space It is located on the second floor with a terrace and has a spacious living-dining room from which to enjoy the views of Peña Telera and the ski slopes. It is designed with a kitchenette where you will find all the utensils you need; and of course an oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and even a Nespresso machine. In the hallway there is a nice and practical bathroom and next to the two bedrooms: one of them a double with a 150 cm bed; and the other with a bunk bed of 3 beds of 90 cm each, both with a window to the outside. Guest access The good thing is that it is in one of the few developments with an outdoor pool in Panticosa and that it can be seen from the house's terrace. And very important: it has its own parking space. Other things to note Please note that it is a second floor without an elevator and that the wifi is communal (this means that sometimes it works very well, but sometimes not so much). If you like activities, in addition to skiing, there are several routes very close to the house, such as the Camino de Acequia or the Camino de la Palizas; the O'Calve or Santa María viewpoint; as well as the excursion to La Ripera or the experience of the Pasarelas.
