The space The ground floor lounge is part of a house with a total of three apartments, known as StorchenNest Ferienwohnungen Linkenheim. - Private ACCESS with only one low step, the apartment is even accessible for wheelchair users via the terrace. - In the cozy LIVING ROOM, you can make yourself comfortable on the generous couch with chaise longue and enjoy the afternoon light. The Smart TV offers access to the usual cable program, but also the possibility to stream your favorite series. You can do your emails at a small desk. A cozy double bed (140 x 200 cm) offers space for a third person (occasionally also a fourth). - The modern and clean KITCHEN is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The spacious table with a rustic corner bench invites you to enjoy long meals or social card games. - The quiet BEDROOM opens onto the terrace and has a cozy bed (140 x 200 cm) and an additional armchair. We are happy to provide a baby cot on request. From here you can also reach the bathroom and the terrace. All windows in the living room and bedroom are equipped with blackout curtains and external blinds to provide shade on sunny days and ensure undisturbed sleep. - The spacious BATHROOM is barrier-free, but the door is only 79 cm wide (sufficient for a nursing wheelchair, but too narrow for a street wheelchair!). The spacious, floor-level rain shower, the extra-large sink and the bidet ensure maximum comfort. Of course, a washing machine is also available here. - The TERRACE invites you to relax with a cozy lounge, while in the evening fairy lights and a lamp create an atmospheric ambience. All windows in the living room and bedroom are equipped with blackout curtains and external blinds to provide shade on sunny days and ensure undisturbed sleep. - Please note that the apartment is centrally located and the tram in front of the door also runs occasionally at night. Guest access - Contactless check in via key box 24 hours a day - We will send you your code for the key box along with the information on parking one day before arrival. Other things to note Our StorchenNest vacation rentals Linkenheim is very conveniently located near the stop of the S-Bahn [suburban train] line S1/S11. The tram runs in front of the house, every about 15 minutes during the day, half hour at night, with an extended night break on weekends. For sensitive sleepers, it cannot be excluded that you can hear the tram in the apartment, especially with the window open.
