Our condo features a two level living space and a large deck to sit and watch the golfers in our backyard. See below for details on the condo and location BEFORE you book! The space OUR CONDO has been recently updated, and is a very well laid out space. Main level consists of living room, kitchen, half bath along with a large deck. Upstairs consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, (Since the bedrooms are located on the 2ND level, therefore may not be suitable for those who have difficulty using stairs.) with a full size washer and dryer. The condo is located on hole #4 of Clipper on the Shipyard Golf Course. We welcome a MAX of 6 guests total. Since the Condo is located on hole #4 of Clipper on the beautiful Shipyard Golf course, enjoy watching golfers play out on the patio which also has an outdoor seating area. Even enjoy the miles of bike paths around the plantation. MASTER BEDROOM has a KING size bed and an en-suite with a walk in shower. Hair dryer is provided. GUEST ROOM has a QUEEN and FULL size bed. The second bathroom is located right outside of this bedroom. This bathroom has a Tub/Shower combination. *There are smart TVs located in both bedrooms (no cable). Feel free to sign into your own accounts under your login info as a guest. FUBO TV is offered. *Towels and all linens are provided *Bathrooms are provided with samples of shampoo, conditioner,body wash and a starter supply of toilet paper. LIVING ROOM has a large screen SMART TV. There is a sofa and love seat, also 2 chairs. DINING AREA seats 6. KITCHEN has all granite countertops and updated stainless steel appliances, (dishwasher, Refrigerator, microwave and range) it is well stocked with dishes, glassware(all types) a toaster, coffee pot (Keurig) and cooking pots and pans. A STARTER supply of dish tabs and paper towels will be provided. LAUNDRY full size washer and dryer with a STARTER supply of detergent tabs. As our guest please reach out with any issues or anything that would make your stay more comfortable. HARBOURMASTER AMENITIES * There is a large pool located behind Units 800-900. Just a short walk across the street. Pool is open April thru October. Also make sure to abide by ALL pool rules posted. Thank you! Guest access Access to the condo is with a contactless KeyPad Code which will be provided at 10:00 AM the morning before check in. NO EARLY CHECK INS. Parking is a 2 vehicles MAX (NO MOTORCYCLES, RV's, CAMPERS, BOATS, TRAILERS OR COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED) Please NOTE: You will be asked to provide your contact information and vehicle information 5 days prior to your stay in order to provide you with parking passes! Parking passes must be displayed on your vehicle throughout your stay. Other things to note MAX of 6 GUESTS! RENTALS span from SAT/SAT. During slow months we have a 4 night minimum. Must be 25 years of age to Rent our unit. This unit also has Stairs.
