Very very steep driveway. There are eight skylights and huge picture windows so lots of natural lighting, no air conditioning in most of the houses of Fortuna. Usually it’s not necessary anyways there are only a handful of days out of the year that reach temperatures about 70°. Guest access 2 driveways and 1 flat grassy area to park. Other things to note Pets are welcome, there is a fenced area right off the deck. They are welcome in the large yard as well but please keep them on a leash in that area as it is not fenced between property lines and our neighbors have outdoor rabbits, cats, and dogs.
