Ker Maïan – House close to the sea

Between the Gulf of Morbihan and the Atlantic Ocean, our house is a family landmark. Ideally located in the heart of the village of Saint Gildas de Rhuys, its peaceful location will allow you to do everything on foot or by bike. You will be close to all amenities (60 m from the tourist office, 150 m from the bakery, 500 m from the grocery store and market). Beaches are less than 1 km away. For our comfort and yours, the house and its garden were completely renovated in 2023. The Space: Accommodation for 5 people + 1 child sleeping in a baby cot. 2 beds of 160 and a mezzanine bed that can accommodate a child up to 60 kg. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 – 2 People. - 1 bed 160 cm x 200 cm - 1 large closet with drawers, double wardrobe and shelves. Bedroom 2 – 2 adults and 1 child. - 1 bed 160 cm x 200 cm - 1 mezzanine bed 90 cm x 190 cm (Maximum weight allowed: 60 kg) - 1 large closet with drawers, double wardrobe and shelves. - 1 other large closet with shelves - 1 desk and 2 chairs. Note: A baby bed is at your disposal. If necessary, it will be ready for your arrival. For the comfort of your child, we have chosen to match it with a "real" mattress and not that of a baby bed that seems "fair" to us for a stay. The Bathroom: - A shower (be careful the water is very hot), - A single vanity unit, - A toilet, - A children's bathtub, - A towel dryer radiator - hair dryer. On the ground floor: The living room consists of an armchair and two non-convertible sofas. - A TV cabinet and this one, - A coffee table, - An entryway console, - A Marschall Stanmore speaker (Bluetooth) The kitchen is ours and... is fully equipped. - A 3-burner induction cooktop, range hood, - A fridge and freezer, - A rotary heat oven and a microwave oven, - A Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules not included), a kettle, a toaster, - A dishwasher, - A washing machine (large clothes rack but no dryer), - A Cookeo multi-cooker, - A raclette machine. Outside: Terraces - A first space, sitting area, with a 3-seater sofa, coffee table and 3 armchairs. - A second space, dining area, with a 2.20 meter table and 8 chairs. - A third space, relaxation area, with sun loungers. - a charcoal barbecue You will find a 4-bike rack to store them properly. An outdoor shower to rinse your feet when returning from the beaches. Unfortunately no pets are allowed. No smoking. Other things to note The path that leads to the house is subject to the right of way and we cannot park there. However, it is quite acceptable to stop for a moment to let passengers out of the car and take their belongings out of it. Parking in Saint Gildas is free.
