Casa da Paz, you can walk to the beach

Our house is new, on an individual and spacious lot, very cozy, airy, 2 bedrooms, one suite, AIR-CONDITIONING in the bedrooms, open concept, the environments are integrated, pergola and barbecue area. The 450m² plot is ideal for children and their pets to play and have fun. The environment allows you to integrate your family and friends, it is close to the beach, 5 blocks, less than 10 minutes walking. We have barbecue or meal utensils, bed linens. You'll feel at home. The space The house is private, not shared, and well ventilated. The open concept provides natural ventilation, but we still have AIR-CONDITIONING in the bedrooms. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, one suite, the house is spacious 108 m² - You can use the kitchen and utensils to prepare your meals, or the barbecue with a beautiful pergola, and also the shade when resting in the hammocks. When you go to the beach, we have chairs. For long stays we have a washing machine. Guest access The neighborhood is quiet, safe and family-friendly. You can walk to a beautiful beach, it's 5 blocks, less than 10 minutes on foot. There is a small market and restaurant 1.5 blocks from the residence. If you prefer to go to the city center, our house is 1.5 km from the boardwalk, where you can do your shopping and stroll through the shops. The ITAPOÁ point is the first stone, and you are only 1.5 meters away 😉 Other things to note We have been guests many times, in different places, through the app, with this experience we learn what pleases and delights a guest.
