Casa da Paz, you can walk to the beach

Our house is new, on an individual and spacious lot, very cozy, airy, 2 bedrooms, one suite, AIR-CONDITIONING in the bedrooms, open concept, the environments are integrated, pergola and barbecue area. The 450m² plot is ideal for children and their pets to play and have fun. The environment allows you to integrate your family and friends, is close to the beach, 5 blocks, less than 10 minutes walk. We have utensils for barbecue or meals. You'll feel at home! The space The house is individual , it is not shared, very airy, the open concept provides natural ventilation, even so we have air CONDITIONING in the rooms. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, a suite, the house is large 108 m² - You can use the kitchen and utensils to prepare your meals , or the barbecue with a beautiful pergola, and still the shade when resting in the hammocks. When you go to the beach, we have chairs. For long stays, we have a washing machine. Guest access The neighborhood is quiet, safe and family-friendly. You can walk to a beautiful beach, it's 5 blocks, less than 10 minutes on foot. There is a small market and restaurant 1.5 blocks from the residence. If you prefer to go to the city center, our house is 1.5 km from the boardwalk, where you can do your shopping and stroll through the shops. The ITAPOÁ point is the first stone, and you are only 1.5 meters away 😉 Other things to note We have been guests many times, in different places, through the app, with this experience we learn what pleases and delights a guest.
