The apartment has 4 bedrooms with 2 large living rooms. 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is connected to the 3rd (master) bedroom. The entrance to the 4th bedroom needs to go through the master bedroom. The 4th bedroom is ideal for younger children. The total space of 260 SQM is divided over 2 floors. It has a kitchen, computer corner, bar and a 2 terraces Its a 5-10 min walk to Ao Nang center The entire building has free wifi for our guests. The space Tolmaj Family Apartment opened its doors to accommodate families who travel with more than the standard 2-4 people. The apartment is ideal for people who need more space and who like to stay independently with self-catering kitchen and dining facilities. Located only 5 min walking distance from Ao Nang and Nopparatthara Beaches, in a safe area surrounded by 4 & 5 star hotels. It is close to the shops, restaurants and nightlife of the main beach promenade, but far enough away to have some privacy from the crowds. Our 2 floor apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, with 4 bedrooms and large communal spaces. Entrance to the 4th bedroom is through the master bedroom. Furnishings are primarily teak-wood, produced in the north of Thailand and carefully chosen to create a warm and welcome feeling for our guests. All the living-rooms and bedrooms are air-conditioned. Guest access Guests will have access to 4 bedrooms all with king-size beds. The 2nd and 3rd floor have large livingrooms (each 80sqm) Downstairs of the apartment is the Carnivore steak and grill which entitles all guest to 10% discount on food and drinks. Other things to note We have a few house rules that we expect the guests to follow; shoes stay at the bottom of the stairs. Treat our place as you would treat your own property. As there are other hotels in our vicinity we expect the guests to keep the level of noise down after 10 pm. But most of all we want our guests to have a great time in the apartment.
