Bathroom & Linens: Upstairs: a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower. • Amenities available: hairdryer and hair straightener, mouthwash, micellar water, cotton pads, etc. • Linens are fully provided: premium sheets and a complete set of towels per person (one large and one small). 🌳 Le Domaine & Life on Site (Read carefully) To make your stay perfect, here's how our small family haven of peace is organized: The property houses our family home as well as two completely independent cottages, each with its own private entrance. • The large garden: A green space of 1,500 m² (16,150 sq. ft.) is shared between the guests of the two cottages, offering each one a lovely area for relaxation. • Outdoor recreation: Ping pong table (on sunny days), petanque balls, Molkky, golf games, rackets, punching bag, and soccer ball. • A Weber grill is available upon request (charcoal not included). • Exclusivity: Enjoy direct access to a private path leading to beautiful, relaxing walks through the countryside to the forest. Discretion & Responsiveness: We live on site and are very welcoming hosts. We are extremely discreet in order to scrupulously respect your privacy, while remaining highly responsive and available at any time (by message or in person) to answer any questions or help you. 🎁 Your Premium Benefits Included To make your arrival easier and save you running to the shops as soon as you settle in, we offer you a complete welcome kit: • Kitchen: New sponge, dish towels, paper towels, oil, salt, pepper, spices, sugar, tea, coffee, dishwashing liquid and some basic dry foods. • Bathroom: Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, micellar water, mouthwash, cotton pads, and first aid kit. 🚗 Location & Logistics • Auchan supermarket just a 5-minute drive away. • A second supermarket 15 minutes away with an excellent fishmonger and an artisanal butcher shop. • A car is essential to fully enjoy the region and its points of interest. • Secure and free parking on the property. 🕒 À la carte services (upon request and subject to availability) Optimize your time with our flexible options (these fees cover the reorganization of our housekeeping teams): • Early check-in: From 2:00 PM – Price: €29 (to be paid on site). • Late check-out: Until 1 pm – Price: €29 (to be paid on site). • Standard times: Check-in from 4:00 p.m. | Check-out before 10:00 a.m. • End-of-stay cleaning option: If you prefer not to do the cleaning yourself and to enjoy your stay to the fullest until the end, we offer a flat rate of €40 (secure payment request directly via the Airbnb platform, to be paid before your arrival). Otherwise, we ask that you leave the cottage as you found it and clean the appliances after use. 🤫 Rules of Decorum, Serenity & Quiet We have put a lot of energy into making this place a welcoming setting where nature is a luxury. We thank our guests for taking care of it as if they were at a friend's house: • Respect for quiet hours: To ensure the tranquility of all occupants of the property (guests from the other cottage and owners), strict silence is required outdoors between 10:00 PM and 8:30 AM. ⚠️Strictly prohibited events: Parties, gatherings, birthdays, weddings, family reunions, inviting people not included in the booking, and pets. Any request or behavior that does not respect these criteria of tranquility will be rejected or canceled immediately, without the possibility of a refund. Thank you for understanding 🙏🏻. Guest access Nature is everywhere! You can see deer in the garden, very early in the morning or in the evening, rabbits, majestic birds, etc. The garden is shared. A car is a must. ✅ We live on the property (we are very discreet and often away), which includes our house and two cottages.
