Exquisite, newly constructed, private apartment situated in quiet wooded area next to Mt Mansfield in the Green Mountains of VT. Nestled in the forest, surrounded by trees, feels like a tree house. Great access to hiking, skiing, biking, canoeing, and a short drive to Burlington. One private bedroom has a full queen bed with high quality mattress and a common area has a full queen sofa bed that is brand new. The apartment is privately situated in the woods above the garage next to the main house. (Note: there is no use of the garage that will cause disturbance to our guests.) It is private, quiet, and surrounded by trees, with no other guests on the property. Skylights and large windows make this apartment feel like a super tree-house. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen, heated floors, a gas fireplace, indoor jacuzzi tub with sound system, full washer and dryer, large closet, work station for guest use, large screen television, dvd player, good internet/WiFi access, very large private furnished outdoor deck with a BBQ, and more. Make this your own forest retreat and HQ for a great vacation in the Green Mountains! The sound system in the jacuzzi can accommodate CD's or any phone, tablet, or other device with a standard 3.5mm headphone jack. There is also an iPOD dock. The TV has a chromecast attached that will allow you to stream from any Android or iOS with a compatible app installed. i.e. you can stream content like Netflix or Hulu from your device to the TV. Guest access All spaces in the apartment and the attached deck. Any outside space they desire to explore. Other things to note Skiers please note: We are a 20-30 minute drive from Smuggler's Notch and Bolton Ski areas. In winter the road through the Notch is closed, so the drive to Stowe is via I89 and takes 45 minutes to an hour. In summer the drive to can be made via VT108 which is shorter and very scenic. Please note, we may not be able to accept a 3 day or shorter only booking, that includes a weekend, more than a month or two in advance. Although not absolutely necessary, in winter time we recommend a 4WD/AWD vehicle if you have one. Most 2WD vehicles with good snow or all weather tires have no problems but occasionally we get icy conditions on our long driveway that can be a little tricky. Registration Details MRT-10126712
